Patient of the Month

Once a month, Dr. Martin and Dr. Yoon draw one name from our raffle basket of GREAT PATIENTS. To be entered in the raffle, you have to earn a raffle ticket by following these rules:

  1. No broken or failed appointments.
  2. Have clean teeth and healthy gums.
  3. Wear appliances and rubber bands as instructed.
  4. Nothing loose, broken or lost.

With a little effort, each patient should be able to participate in several drawings throughout their treatment.

The patient of the month receives a $50.00 cash prize.
