"My daughter has a very noticeable cross-bite, in which, I asked my childrens' long time pediatric dentist to refer us to a well established Orthodontist; she happily referred my daughter to Dr Yoon. She apparently had her own children visit Dr. Yoon and was a client during a time she needed her own orthodontic work, as well.I find reviews to be vital to the workplace, as it aids in continued excellence or enhances the quality of customer service and professionalism in the work environment. The staff seemed to be professional, as well as seemingly friendly. I've read quite a few of Dr. Yoon's reviews and can say for myself that he has a kind and very professional demeanor. His office is clean and adheres to Covid-19 regulations; the friend staff at the front desk will offer hand sanitizer aside from proper social distancing. Today, my daughter had an expander place, which she's already getting used to. We are looking forward to seeing the end result; it will be a while, but so far I feel she is in good hands. My daughter and I had visited Dr Yoon's office only a few times, so I may expand on this review as my daughter's orthodontic experiences progress."
"My son (and I) have loved the many years of working with Dr Yoon. Since we just had his braces completely removed, I am looking at the perfect bite and alignment. We started with an underbite and concern for crowded teeth. We went through expanders, partial braces, a permanent retainer then full braces and now a regular retainer. The staff is always pleasant and professional. Dr. Yoon is extremely knowledgeable and communicates his plan well. We are delighted with the whole office experience and, of course, the results."
