Every time I walk in there they are friendly, helpful, and understanding. They all seem to enjoy what they do. Anytime I came to them with questions or concerns they went beyond what I expected, and I was very surprised with the consistency of their teams great service. "My child received awesome care from Dr. Yoon and his staff. Everyone is really friendly. Every time you visit, you will never feel uncomfortable. Dr. Yoon is very knowledgeable, and he and his staff will answer any questions you have about dental care, braces, retainers, etc. It is expensive, but the money is certainly worth it and not wasted as you will most likely have a great experience and better teeth (and the staff are very open and transparent about payment options to do what is best for you). "I have never visited any practice within the medical field with a staff more warm, caring, and professional as Chesterfield Orthodontics. Two of my children have become their patients over the past couple of years, and every single time we visit, we’re greeted promptly by staff that seem genuinely happy to be there and to see us (and it isn’t just us, we watch them greet everyone the same way). It really makes them feel more comfortable, and it makes me, as a parent, feel like I made the right choice. The doctors are also wonderful. They take extra time to talk to my children, asking about how they’re doing and explaining what they’re going to do. Their bedside manner is commendable. If you’re comparing Orthodontists, this is hands-down an excellent choice."

"This was my first time ever coming here because I had gotten braces about a year and a half ago, probably the best experience I ever had. First off, I just wanna thank all the workers and Dr. Yoon for an incredible experience leaving me with an incredible smile. I actually liked coming to these appointments because of how nice the staff was and how nice my teeth were forming. They are very professional, having the best equipment and procedures to not only adjust your braces, but in a very fast manner. The main takeaway from Chesterfield Orthodontics is just how nice they are, I mean seriously that was the most welcoming group of people I’ve met in a long time. I loved Dr. Yoon, very funny and great man. Gets along with each one of his patients and always wants to make sure they’re in good shape and everything with their teeth is going good and making sure he can do whatever he can to make not only the child feel good about their teeth, but also the parents. They have so so so many awards for “Best Dentists” and it just shows when you are one of their patients. My teeth look wonderful, and every appointment was quick and not painful, now obviously everyone has a different pain tolerance, but they were always very careful with me and made sure I was ok whenever my teeth may have felt a little irritated. Just can not thank them enough for their work and how nice they were and how good my teeth came out. 100% recommend going their for Invisalign and or braces installation, they do it the best!"
"I can't say enough good things about Dr. Yoon and the team at Chesterfield orthodontics. My son has some issues with anxiety (ex: Taking an xray can induce a panic attack for some unknown reason) he started to cry as soon as we walked through the door to do paperwork! The entire team takes their time with him, shows him and explains everything they are going to do before they do it. He's done great with their kindness and patience.The pricing was upfront, transparent and reasonable. The office is clean and nice looking, even the front desk is professional and courteous over the phone and with check ins. Highly recommend, especially if you have a child with some sensory issues that needs some patience to work with!"
