WE ARE OPEN!
By now many of you have heard the good news, we officially have the green light to reopen the office as ordered by Governor Hogan. We cannot wait to see our patients again! Please be aware that things will be a little different as we re-open the office. Our staff is working hard to reach out to all our active patients to get everyone back on the schedule. Our administrative team is diligently working to contact everyone as quickly as possible but understand that this will take time.
No walk ins – you must have an appointment!
Our staff will contact you to schedule your appointment. Please do not call in to schedule unless you are experiencing an orthodontic emergency; such as discomfort or loose or broken appliances.
Please note, appointment availability will be limited. Since we are seeing less patients in the office as an attempt to maintain and promote social distancing. We request your cooperation and flexibility in accepting appointment times when offered, though we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We ask that you provided 24 hours’ notice if you’re unable to keep your appointment.
Please have the COVID-19 supplemental health questionnaire and consent forms completed before your appointment. These forms must be completed prior to every appointment.
Please stay in your vehicle. When you arrive, call or Text (410-255-0200) and our staff will “check you in”. We will call or text you when we are ready to seat you for your appointment. Please arrive early to account for the extended time in this check in procedure.
Adult patients please enter the office alone.
Young patients may present with one guardian. Please do not bring additional siblings to an office visit.
All patients are required to wear facial covering at all times. Covering will only be removed in the operatory area during clinical treatment time.
Please brush your teeth at home prior to your visit. We have removed all brushing stations in the office.
All patients will be asked to swish with mouthwash and suction will be used to remove the mouthwash (no spitting).
No food or drink is to be brought into the office.
We understand that there may be certain situations that require exceptions to the new procedures. Please CALL our office to make arrangements.
